What to include
- The page your question or correction refers to.
- For booking questions: the date and the type of slot you looked for — we cannot check or change your booking, but we can point to the right channel.
- For factual corrections: the source you would rely on, if you have one.
What we are not
We are not a travel agency and do not answer for reservations made elsewhere; we do not sell addresses or visitor data; and we do not accept paid posts about the castle. Commercial offers are read, but answered rarely.
For official visitor information, opening calendars and ticket sales, use the channels of the Bavarian palace administration.
